Our return policy: We will gladly take back any product under certain guidelines.
The Guidelines are as follow: If Exchanging: damaged/wrong items
received - contact Giftson.net via email within 3 days of receiving package additional
shipping cost will be paid by Giftson.net. Beyond 3 days customer pays any extra
shipping cost i.e. shipping back damaged product. If Returning: Shipping cost
will not be refunded. We wish we could refund you everything but that would cause an
extreme liability upon us which we cannot handle at this time. In either case please
